Mr. Santosh Kadam sowed the seed of Hospitality Business in early 1995 when he was in 9th standard and perused his IHMCT studies from Dr. D. Y. Patil IHMCT, Nerul. After two years of experience, he started his 1st venture and FAILED in six months. After his failure, he decided to work for 10 years and will come back with Experience, Maturity, and Leadership. After working for 12 years as CDP at Intercontinental Marine Drive, Head Chef at Mukand (Bajaj sister Company) Hospitality Head and then Centre Head at Rustomjee Academy For Global Career finally he DROPPED OUT from the job and formed his own company named ‘Herowiches India (OPC) Private Limited ‘One Person company’ on 30th May 2016.
